2019 has been a year of growth for OneLogin. We started the year securing an additional $100 million in funding and increased our employee base by 60%. We’ve grown our Channel Momentum program, adding big, new partners in the United Kingdom and EMEA region. We’ve been innovating like crazy, remaining agile and nimble for our customers, even adding to our product offering by extending the functionality of OneLogin Desktop and Desktop Pro to Windows.
We embrace collaboration as a company and that mentality starts at the top. So, it came as no surprise to our team when we learned that our CEO Brad Brooks was recognized by the SaaS Report as one of 2019’s Top SaaS CEOs. In this year’s report, Brad was listed second overall within the “Growth” category for his leadership and vision. “Brad is a tremendous leader who perfectly balances the task of keeping the company on course for our vision, while at the same time delegating and allowing individuals to help plot the steps necessary to get there. He believes wholeheartedly in transparency, both to employees and customers alike.”
We couldn’t agree more! Despite rapid growth under his leadership, Brad remains hands-on and approachable. He actively participates in the company’s Slack channels—our OneLogin pets channel in particular—to offer advice or share praise. He’s even been known—on occasion—to share musings and his vision for the business through “Saturday Morning Mail.”
Since taking the helm in August 2017, OneLogin has made tremendous strides under Brad’s leadership. His vision, transparency, and willingness to collaborate weave into the fabric of what makes OneLogin a special place to work. So, if you see Brad—be it online or in the office—take a moment to congratulate him for this much-deserved recognition. And, congratulations to all of the other CEO’s recognized this week!
